A seasoned Management Accountant with over 12 years of in-depth experience in the Finance and Accounting domain, Rakitha Wijekoon brings a wealth of expertise to any organization. He possesses a robust background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), with over 10 years spent working with world-leading multinational companies across diverse industries. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a profound understanding of accounting principles, financial strategies, and operational efficiency, allowing him to effectively manage and optimize business processes.
Rakitha is particularly well-versed in the complexities of shared service models, having successfully led multiple finance and accounting process integrations within large-scale organizations. His experience includes streamlining workflows, enhancing financial reporting systems, and implementing cost-effective measures that drive bottom-line results. His ability to bridge the gap between technical financial knowledge and operational effectiveness makes him a key contributor to any organization’s success.
Anuruddha Munasinghe
Chartered Accountant (ACA), ACCA, BSc (Finance – Special) – University of Sri Jayewardenepura
Anuruddha Munasinghe is a Chartered Accountant and an Associate Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), with over 15 years of comprehensive experience in finance and accounting. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance (Special) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
Throughout his career, Anuruddha has held key leadership roles including Accountant, Finance Manager, and General Manager in both local and international companies across the steel and apparel manufacturing sectors. He has managed financial operations for organizations with multimillion-dollar annual turnovers, demonstrating strong strategic and operational expertise.
In addition to his industry experience, Anuruddha brings deep knowledge in auditing, financial reporting, and ERP systems implementation and consultation. His proven ability to drive financial performance and improve operational efficiency makes his presence more valuble as a leader who guides the company operations and client relations to the next level.
MD Golam Mowla
Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), BBA (Major in Accounting) – University of Dhaka
Golam is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), with over 14 years of diversified experience in Audit, Tax, Advisory, Finance, and Accounting. He started his career with KPMG Bangladesh as Manager – Taxation and Advisory Services, where he represented clients before various taxation authorities and provided strategic advice on tax planning, transfer pricing, capital repatriation, and Double Tax Avoidance Agreements (DTAA). Over the years, he has held senior positions including Deputy General Manager and General Manager in both local and multinational companies such as Marubeni Corporation and EPIC Group.
Golam has a strong background in trade finance, project management, and stakeholder relations. He managed a $25 million international relocation project in Jordan and streamlined cash flow through trade financing strategies. He has also been actively involved in corporate initiatives, including transitioning to digital payment platforms and participating in business development and strategy sessions. Golam holds a BBA from the University of Dhaka and is currently pursuing his MSc in Accounting at Northeastern Illinois University, USA.
